Community Bank CBD Announces Promotions

Teresa Fry has been promoted to Vice President Operations. In this role Teresa covers the backroom deposit operations of Community Bank CBD and its three branch locations. Teresa has been in banking since 1975 when she started under a Work Study Program. Teresa has been with Community Bank CBD since it opened in 1996. Teresa’s husband, Ron, works for the US Dept of Defense. They have one daughter, Lindsay, who is married and working as an RN. Teresa is actively involved with the Williams Bay Lioness and Walworth County Relay for Life along with various church activities.
Jon Newman has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Retail Lending. Jon’s role consists of conventional and adjustable mortgage lending at the Delavan location. Jon started his banking career in 1985 and has been working with Community Bank since 2003. Jon’s sons, Bryce and Brent, attend a local high school. Jon is a member of the Elkhorn Rotary and Lakeland Builders Association along with the Family Selection Task Force for Habitat for Humanity of Walworth County.
Darlene Sturtevant has been promoted to Teller Operations Officer. In this role Dar is responsible for the teller operations of Community Bank CBD and it’s three branch locations. Dar has been in banking since 1975 and has been with Community Bank CBD since it opened in 1996. Dar’s husband, Tim, works for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Dar and Tim have two children, Ashley, who is attending UW Madison Law School and Eric, a carpenter with S. Ehlert Construction Company. Darlene is actively involved as a Trustee at St. Andrews Catholic Church.
